Utorrent Bittorrent Client – UTORRENT.EXE

Utorrent.exe is a lightweight bittorrent client by Ludvig Strigeus. Utorrent offers bandwidth prioritization, scheduling, RSS auto-downloading and Mainline DHT (compatible with BitComet). Additionally, µTorrent supports the Protocol Encryption joint specification (compatible with Azureus 2.4.0.0, and now BitComet 0.63) and peer exchange.

More information can be found at http://www.utorrent.com/. This file doesn't necessarily need to be running all the time. It can be launched when needed via Start > Programs.
