USB Camera Driver – VMSNAP3.EXE

Vmsnap3.exe, zssnp211.exe and zs211.sys install with the drivers for USB Cameras based upon the ZStar (ZSMC Corp) or ViMicro chipset. They seem to support still image capture. It's unlikely that either of these files would need to be running all the time. You'll find more information and support and manuals/documentation at http://www.zsmc.com/web/support.html.
