WindowBlinds – WBSYS.DLL

Wbsys.dll and bload.exe run on system startup to load WindowBlinds by Stardock software. This utility offers you an array of skins that can be used to change the way Windows looks. If you use these skins, you'll have to let this file run on system startup. If you remove it, Windows will return to it's default appearance.
