WebUpdater.exe is the Pinnacle Systems Web Updater. You'll generally find this file in your c:Program Files\Pinnacle\Shared Files\Programs\WebUpdater\ folder. This file runs to check for, download and install updates to Pinnacle's Studio series, Dazzle, and PCTV programs.
