Fellowes Wheel Mouse – WH_EXEC.EXE

4DMAIN.EXE installs with the wheel mice from Fellowes. If you're running Windows 98 or later, you may not need this file. Most of the basic wheel mouse functions are now supported by Windows generic mouse drivers. You might try temporarily disabling it with WinPatrol then testing for loss of functionality.
