Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) Service - WIASERVC.DLL
Wiaservc.dll is a service provided by Microsoft. It provides image acquisition services for scanners and cameras. By default, this runs as a 'manual' service. Unless it's causing you problems, we'd recommend leaving it in place.
