Windows HTTP Client DLL – WINHTTP.DLL

Winhttp.dll will be found in your Windows\System32 folder. It installs as part of your Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003 operating system. It provides developers with an HTTP client application programming interface (API) to send requests through the HTTP protocol to other HTTP servers.
