Shut Down Utility – WINOFF.EXE

Winoff.exe is the executable for AMP WinOFF by AMPsoft. This is an utility designed to shut down Windows computers automatically, with several working ways and fully configurable. As an example, you can shut down windows at a particular time, in a number of minutes, when the CPU is idle, etc. You can have the computer shut down, restart, log off, suspend or hibernate. It offers password protection, a screen capture utility and command line support for use in a batch file.
