WMI Performance Adapter Service - WMIAPSRV.EXE
Wmiapsrv.exe is a service provided by Microsoft. It provides performance library information from WMI HiPerf providers and collects information regarding performance. WMI stands for Windows Management Instrumentation, an API in the Windows operating system that enables devices and systems in a network to be managed and controlled.

While not absolutely required, we'd recommend leaving this file in place unless it's causing you problems.
