Windows Parental Controls – WPCSVC.DLL

Wpcsvc.dll installs as part of your Windows Vista operating system. You'll find it in your Windows\System32 folder and you may see it described as the WPC Filtering Service. This installs with Windows Parental Controls. The parental controls built into Windows Vista are designed to help you manage what your children can do on the computer. These controls help you determine which games they can play, which programs they can use, and which websites they can visit.
