Windows Portible Device Shell Service – WPDSHEXT.DLL

Wpdshext.dll is the Windows Portable Device Shell Extension that installs as part of Microsoft's Windows Media Digital Rights Management. It is used when writing or transferring copyrighted information to a protible device such as an MP3 player.
