Windows Remote Manager – WSMSVC.DLL

Wsmsvc.dll will be found in your Windows\System32 folder. This file installs with Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 and Windows Vista. It is the Windows Remote Manager Listener Service; a management service that implements WS-Management protocol to send and receive messages by a transport (HTTP or HTTPS) and an IPv4 or IPv6 address.
