Windows Update Web Control – WUWEB.DLL

Wuweb.dll is a Microsoft file that installs as part of Windows XP. It is the Windows Update Web Control used by Windows Software Update Services. This file shouldn't need to be running all the time but it may be running while you're downloading and installing updates from http://update.microsoft.com.
