Conexant XAudioService – XAUDIO64.EXE, XAUDIO.SYS

Xaudio64.exe and xaudio.sys will be found in your Windows\System32\drivers folder. These files are modem audio device drivers from Conexant Systems. If you don't use your modem to connect to the Internet or access it's fax or voicemail services, you can get by without this file.
