Xbox 360 – XBOXSTAT.EXE

Xboxstat.exe will be found in your c:\Program Files\Microsoft Xbox 360 Accessories\ folder. Depending on your system and configuration, the Xbox 360 gamepad drivers may force a program called xboxstat.exe to run. This file causes problems in Spiderman 3 causing it to minimize and making it impossible to re-enter the game. If this happens on your system, we'd recommend removing the file.
