XP Repair Pro – XPREPAIRPRO.EXE

Xprepairpro.exe installs with XP Repair Pro by DDXSoftware, Inc. This program includes a startup and services monitor, registry optimizer and backup, DLL/ActiveX Repair, privacy cleaner, XP Crash monitor, and an add/remove program tool. More information can be found at http://www.xprepairpro.com/.

Because you run WinPatrol, you probably don't need the startup and Windows services monitoring. Most of the other tools could be launched manually via Start > Programs when needed.
