Toshiba EKey – 00HOTKEY.EXE

00HOTKEY.EXE is part of the Toshiba Hotkey software that comes preinstalled on Toshiba Tecra and Satellite systems running Windows 2000 or XP. Toshiba describes it as follows:

"Provides system Fn hotkey support (Instant Security, LCD brightness, Display Switch etc.) on applicable models. This software is the foundation for other Toshiba-provided utilities, and must be installed prior to installing other Toshiba Software."
