AOL TopSpeed Technology – AOLTSMON.EXE

Aoltsmon.exe and aoltpspd.exe install with AOL's TopSpeed which is part of AOL 9.0 Optimized. AOL TopSpeed technology loads certain web page text and graphics faster than with a standard 56.6K dial-up Internet service. If you use AOL 9.0 Optimized, we'd recommend leaving these files in place. It's probably improving the load time on some websites. If you have AOL set to run on system startup, you'll want to let aoltpspd.exe do the same.
