AVG Antivirus – AVGEMC.EXE

Avgemc.exe is the executable for the AVG Email Scanner by Grisoft. This program scans incoming and outgoing email for viruses. It can be downloaded as a standalone program at http://www.grisoft.cz/beta/avgemc/avgemc_en.htm or is available as part of the AVG Antivirus 7.0 product line. More information can be found at http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_avg_index.php. It is required. Removing it will disable your antivirus protection. So please leave this file in place.
