Bh309190.dll is usually found in c:\program files\kontiki\bin\bh309190.dll. This browser helper object installs with the Kontiki Delivery Network. This program is the basis for CNet's Download Manager but is also distributed as a standalone download manager. When you select a file for download, the name and size of that file is stored in a cookie and eventually retrieved by Kontiki. Because of this, many consider the program to be spyware. At the time of this writing, the threat seems to be minimal. So if you like using this product or CNet's download manager, you may want to continue doing so.
