HP Utility - BLOCKTRACKER.EXE

BLOCKTRACKER.EXE comes installed on many HP systems and may be located in your c:\hp\bin directory. It tracks all running processes and logs them to a file called blocklog.txt. It can be safely removed from your startup files via WinPatrol.

If you're not running an HP system, this file may have been installed with a popup blocker or spam utility.
