DemoShield – C2C.DLL

C2c.dll installs with DemoShield by Macrovision (the new owners of the popular InstallShield installer program). DemoShield lets you create interactive demonstrations, e-learning courses, and CD browsers. More information can be found at http://www.macrovision.com/products/demoshield/index.shtml.

This progarm doesn't necessarily need to be running all the time. It can be launched when needed via Start > Programs.
