Download Manager - CATCHER.DLL

Catcher.dll is the browser helper object for a download manager called "ReGet" and "ReGet Deluxe". Aimed at professional or advanced users, ReGet offers batch downloading, scheduled downloading (select files to download at a given date or time), site manager, and download history. If a download is interrupted, ReGet will automatically redial your ISP and will resume the download where it left off.

If you want these services, then leave this file in place. You'll also see "regetdx.exe" in your task list. That's the executable for this program. So leave that file alone as well.
