PanicWare Popup Stopper - CCHELPER.DLL

Cchelper.dll is the browser helper object that installs with the professional version of PopupStopper Pro by Panicware. The purpose of this file is to communicate with your browser and to block popups as they're generated. This file will appear in your IE Helpers list and POPUPSTOPPERPROFESSIONAL.EXE will appear in your startup list whenever the program to block browser popup ads is running. If you remove either of these files, your popup blocker will stop working.
