China Internet Network – CDNIEHLP.EXE

Cdniehlp.dll is the browser helper object that installs with the China Internet Network Information Center. A file called cndniehelper110.dll may also appear on your system. More information in English can be found at http://www.cnnic.net.cn/en/index/index.htm. This site appears to offer information on domain names, info on IP allocation, and other news of internet connectivity in China.

Cdniehlp.dll places a toolbar icon and context menu link to this website (in English or Chinese) into Internet Explorer. If you find you don't need this link, right click your browser toolbar, select 'Customize' and remove it there. Next, go to WinPatrol and remove it from your IE Helpers.
