Comcasttoolbar.dll in the browser helper object that installs iwth the Comcast.net Toolbar. This toolbar includes a pop-up blocker, anti-spyware, links to McAfee Firewall and virus protection. If you like having this toolbar around, leave this file in place. If not, the file can be removed using WinPatrol or the toolbar can be uninstalled via Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
