Slingshot Download Manager – DLIE.DLL

Dlie.dll is the browser helper object that installs with Slingshot by Tenebril. This download manager promises to accelerate downloads, lets you schedule downloads when you're not at the PC, and will unzip and install programs you download. It also allows you to share files with friends using a "stickynotes" feature.
