Ebaytb.dll is the browser helper object that installs with the eBay toolbar. You may also find an executable called ebaytbar.exe on your system. The eBay Toolbar is a tool for eBay buyers that keeps track of the items you've bid on and those you're watching. It also alerts you before those auctions end so you can place a bid if you'd like.
