Logitech Mouseware Utility - EM_EXEC.EXE

Part of Logitech Mouseware this program puts a little icon in your system tray which provides quick access to changing your mouse settings. I don't know many people who change their mouse settings that often so it's probably a waste of space in your system tray. Unfortunately, it some cases it's required to use the scroll wheel on your Logitech mouse.
