EVoIP Recorder – EVOIPAXCTRLS.DLL

Evoipaxctrls.dll is the browser helper object that installs with the EVoip Software based recording tool by ASC Telecom AG. It can be used to record VoIP phone calls from PC to PC or between a PC and a traditional telephone. More information can be found at http://www.asctelecom.com/english/index_e.html.

This file doesn't necessarily need to be running all the time. But it will need to be running when you want to record a call.
