Trojan Detection – EXECPROT.DLL and EXECPROT.EXE

Execprot.dll is the on-access execution protection scanner that installs with the Trojan Detection System by Diamond Computer Systems. If ExecProt.dll is enabled, executing a file will cause the operating system to ask TDS-3 to scan the file before it is allowed to execute. If you want to turn off execution protection, your best bet is to do so within the program.

This program also installs a file called execprot.exe. This program handles communication within the program via Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE). This program can be safely removed if it's causing you problems.
