FileOps.exe a program that includes a file renaming tool, a timestamp changer, a FTP uploader, a file shredder, and encryption. Some of the encryption routines this file includes are illegal to download within the US. For this reason, we'd recommend removing the file using WinPatrol or uninstalling the program altogether.
