Filmsg.exe installs with the Filseclab Personal Firewall, Professional Edition written by Filseclab Corporation of China. This firewall promises to block attacks from worms, viruses and trojans. It offers password protection, rules support, signature verification, ascii and binary log files. It also has an automated 'live update' feature.
