Internet Cleaner – IC3HLPR.DLL

Ic3hlpr.dll is a browser helper that installs with Internet Cleanup by Aladdin Systems. This program detects and removes spyware, blocks popups, and protects privacy by cleaning up your browser's history, cache and temporary files. In order for this program to work, it has to communicate with your browser. For that reason Ic3hlpr.dll is required. So if you use this program, leave this file in place.
