Iebuttonppinterface.dll, ppsearchurl.dll and preispiraten2.exe install with a free program by Metaspinner Media that offers price comparisons in online shops, searches of online auctions, and a web search. More info (in German) can be found at http://www.preispiraten.de/faqs_v2.shtml.

If you intentionally installed this program, then you can either leave the file in place or can remove it using WinPatrol then manually start it via Start > Programs. If you don't know how this program got on your system, it may be adware related and we'd recommend removing it.
