IBM/Lotus SmartSuite QuickStart – LTSSTART.EXE

LTSStart.exe is the executable for Lotus Quickstart. This program first appeared with SmartSuite 97. Lotus SmartSuite is now marketed through IBM. This program sits in memory enabling a faster launch for any of your Lotus SmartSuite applications. If you don't use Lotus SmartSuite programs any more, you can remove this file using WinPatrol. It will probably appear under the Startup Programs tab.

If you do still use SmartSuite applications, this file is optional. You may want to try disabling it via WinPatrol to see if there's really a longer startup for these programs. If so, it's easy to re-enable it with WinPatrol. If not, you'll have one less program taking up memory and resources.
