Microsoft Money IE Helper – MNYVIEWER.DLL

mnyviewer.dll is the MSIE browser helper that integrates Microsoft Money into your Web browser. You can view and work with your accounts in Microsoft Money's browser window or in your Internet Explorer browser window. Regardless of which browser you use, Microsoft has made it very difficult to remove this browser helper object. If you want to get rid of it, your best bet will be to remove it via WinPatrol. Program functionality may suffer. So just to be on the safe side, make sure you have your MS Money install disks available.
