Moregoogle.dll is the browser helper object that installs with MoreGoogle. This product is not affiliated with Google in any way. It 'enhances' Google search results by images from Alexa and additional information from Amazon.com. Many consider this to be adware.

If you like having images and links from Amazon.com in your search results, leave this file in place. If not, it can be removed using WinPatrol or uninstalled via Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. More information can be found at http://www.moregoogle.com/faq.html.
