multiple Programs – MS.EXE

We found multiple programs using the name me.exe.

Me.exe installs with the following viruses or worms:
W32.HLLW.Syney.B@mm - http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.hllw.syney.b@mm.html

W32.SysId.Worm - http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.sysid.worm.html

W32.HLLP.Kindal@mm - http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.hllp.kindal@mm.html

Ms.exe also installs with the ClearSearch adware program. This is a search page hijacker. If you have this file on your system, we'd recommend deleting me.exe, loader.exe and service.exe using Winpatrol.

There are also some legit instances of me.exe. As an example, ms.exe installs with the MP3 Encoder/Decoder at http://www.mp3-converter.com/encoders/mp3_encoder_downloads.htm.

Because it is a short and common filename, other programs may be using it.
