Myiemonitor.dll installs with the Opinionbar Toolbar. Opinionbar (distributed through "EarnCashontheInternet") promises you'll get paid for giving your opinion on sites as you surf the web. Every now and then, questions will appear in the viewbar that you're supposed to respond to. More information can be found at http://www.earncashontheinternet.com/paidtosurf/review/opinionbar.asp.

This program is widely regarded as adware. If you intestinally installed this toolbar and want to keep running it, leave this file in place. Otherwise, you'll want to remove it using WinPatrol.. First, kill it under Active Tasks. If files called myie32.dll, myiemonitor.dll or myiemonitor2.dll appear there, kill those as well. Next, remove myie.exe from your Startup Programs any remove the dll files if they appear in your IE Helpers.
