Windows Notepad - NOTEPAD.EXE

NOTEPAD.EXE is the executable for Windows Notepad. This small and handy text editor ships with all versions of windows. It can be found via Start > Programs > Accessories > Notepad.

You should only see Notepad running when you have the program open. It doesn't need to be running on your system all of the time.
