Web Acceleration Programs – PBHELPER.EXE

PBHelper.dll seems to install with a number of different web accelerater programs including SlipStream Web Accelerator at http://www.slipstreamdata.com/sp.html, Copper HiSpeed, Velocity.net Web Accelerator and TDS Accelerator. It also seems to install with a program called Popup Block at http://www.popupblock.net/.

If you feel this file is improving your connection speed, leave it in place. If not, it can be easily removed using WinPatrol.
