Dialup Accelerator – PROPELAC.EXE

Prpl_IEPopupBlocker.dll is the browser helper object that installs with Propel's Popup Blocker. As the name implies, this program blocks annoying popup ads encountered while web browsing.

The Popup Blocker comes with Verion 3 of Propel Accelerator. Propel Accelerator is a subscription-based service that works with your existing Internet Service Provider (ISP) dial-up connection, allowing you to dramatically increase your surfing speed. If you want popup blocking, leave prpl_iepopupblocker.dll in place. If you want accelleration, propelac.exe will need to be running whenever you're connected to the Internet.
