Tenecent Mobile QQ – QQIEHELPER.DLL

Files called qqiehelper.dll and qq.exe install with the Tencent Mobile QQ service. This is an instant messaging and chat program similar to ICQ. It installs with China Unicom networks and is very popular throughout China. For that reason, most of the info you'll find online regarding this program is in Chinese. This file does not necessarily need to be run on system startup or left running all the time. It can be launched manually when you want to use the messaging service.
