Remote Registry Service- REGSVC.EXE and REGSVC.DLL

REGSVC.EXE and REGSVC.DLL make up Microsoft’s Remote Registry Service runs on Windows 2000 Server and Advanced Server. This file is necessary to write keys to your registry remotely. If you remove it, remote registry modification will no longer be possible. We'd recommend against removing these files.
