Possible Adware – SIKERNEL.DLL

We believe ethat sikernel.dll, siplugins.dll and Sipspi32.dll are browser helper objects that install with the Offliner Popup Blocker. You'll probably find it in your Windows\System or System32 folder.

There's some concern that this program may be creating popup ads rather than blocking them. If you're getting a lot of popups, we'd recommend removing these files using WinPatrol. To do so, go to your Active Tasks tab and kill the files there. Next, go to your IE Helpers tab and remove the files there.
