Controlled Payment Service – SLIMBHO2.DLL

Slimbho2.dll is the browser helper object that installs with the Orbiscom O-Card software by Orgiscom Ltd. The program is described as follows: "Controlled Payment Numbers allow cardholders to shop online without having to transmit their actual card details over the Internet. A unique number linked to their actual credit card account number is used for each transaction. The issuing bank's Controlled Payment Number™ technology allows registered customers to shop with confidence online. Customers can easily access the Controlled Payment Number™ solution directly from their issuing bank's website."

If you have an account and O-card, you'll need this program when making purchases on the net. It defaults to running on startup. If you prefer, you could run it manually before opening a website where you want to make a financial transaction.
