SQL Server - SQLSERVR.EXE
SQLAGENT.EXE is the executable for the Microsoft SQL (Structured Query Language) Server. You may see this file run with command line switches such as:

SQLSERVRT.EXE -S MSSQLSERVER
SQLSERVR.EXE -sMSSQLSERVER
SQLSERVR.EXE -S BILLPSTUDIOS
SQLSERVR.EXE -sMSSQLSERVER

In general, it is best to leave these files in place.
