Starware Toolbar – STARWARE.DLL

Starware.dll is the browser helper object that installs with the Starware Toolbar. This browser toolbar offers Starware Web Search, Starware Dictionary and Starware Travel search. This program does display popup ads. You may have installed this along with a screensaver from screensavers.com or with the notorious Comet Cursor program.

If you intentionally installed this software and enjoy using it, then leave this file in place. If you don't know how it got on your system, consider it adware and use WinPatrol to remove it. First, kill the file under Active Tasks then remove it from IE Helpers.
