Windows XP Themes - TGT_BHO.DLL

Tgt_bho.dll is the browser helper object that installs with Style XP. This Windows theming software that helps customize the way your Windows XP system looks. Style XP can manage and rotate themes, visual styles, backgrounds, and logons, which are freely available at http://www.themexp.org.

This program will be running if you have it setup to rotate Windows XP themes. If you no longer want to use this program, the best way to get rid of it is via Control Panel > Add/Remove programs. This program also installs stylexp.exe, stylexphelper.exe, and stylexpservice.exe.
